1919 Lanzhou Beef Noodle’s secret soup recipe originated in 1919, so we celebrated the 100th anniversary in 2019. We handmake our noodles using high-quality, high-gluten, natural flour into different shapes and thickness levels. The noodles are then complemented with our aromatic beef soup, soaking up the flavour to give it a delicious taste and appetizing aura.
Customers have a wide selection of noodle thickness and shapes, with 7 types of noodles that can be chosen: thinnest, thinner, thin, thick, thicker, wide, and prism. These are all 100% handmade on site by our chefs exercising their expertise with precision and dexterity.
1919 Lanzhou Beef Noodle’s unique seasoning comprises of more than 20 types of auxiliary ingredients, including galangal, cinnamon, anise, bay leaf, cardamom, nutmeg, kaempferol, grass fruit, and many others. These are moderated carefully using a precise ratio for the noodles to be more nourishing to the digestive system, in addition to having a perfect degree of flavour.
